Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Rates & Delivery times vary by location and carrier.

Large & Oversized Items Saunas and other large items ship via freight carrier. You will be contacted to schedule a delivery appointment. Please ensure someone is available to receive the shipment.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours at concierge@siennawellnessco.com, so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Multiple Shipments Items in your order may ship separately from different fulfillment locations. When applicable, shipping charges may reflect multiple shipments.
