We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, manufacturer processing, weather, supply-chain interruptions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Certain oversized, heavy, or high-value products may be delivered by freight carrier and may require the customer to be present to inspect and accept the shipment.

Customers should inspect freight packaging and products upon delivery and document visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing. Concealed damage should be reported according to our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Additional charges resulting from missed delivery appointments, inaccessible delivery locations, refused shipments, redelivery, storage, address changes, or special delivery services may be the customer's responsibility when applicable.

Site & Installation Requirements

Before purchasing large or specialized equipment, customers are responsible for confirming:
